I have only had the Sims2 for a few months. I have NL, Univ,OFB, Pet. I started looking at some of the contest. I see allot of things on there I have never seen on a website or in the game. Such as a Sim being born in a hospital. Are these things being created by the people in the contest. Or is there a way to download all the things in these contest somewhere.

I don't know all of what you saw, but as for sims being born in hospitals, that's actually someone just creating a hospital set using custom content, and then posing their sims to make it look like they're in a hospital. :-)
