I was so amazed by how ridiculously cheap this house turned out that later, I added some trees, which you cannot see in any of the shots (because I added them later). I took a close up of the door to show the chocolate I used to recolor the door with--a theme I carried on the inside too.
Surprisingly, this house has a huge yard, trees, plumbing and all for less than $12,500. Your sims can immediately put furniture in without having to work their but off for each and every household item they need or want.
I got 3 left and I am happy to say that I can squeeze them in. But not before X-mas. Definitely I'll have 7 homes fore you before '07 is over though
