hi everyone does any one know if anybody created a hack so that when you are in the game and creating a family a teen does not have to be related to any other sim or a teen can be placed on a lot by themself

Not as far as I know... however, you can create an adult sim and age them down to a teen once they're on the lot with the Insimenator.

Many requested such an hack but it is not possible to do.  You can either age an adult down like stsarina suggested though you do not need the insim for that, there is an ingame cheat.

Or you can create an adult and a teen and kill the adult or move it out.
