HELP!!! My Sims Wont Go On Vacation

My sims cant go to any community lots or on vacation! i just got BV for X-Mas and even the transportation option wont come up on the phone. i've tried playing the sims on a different lot but that still wont help i even used the  pack clean installer or whatever but that wont work either can someone plz help me???

Have you updated your mods to be BV compatible?

Which phone ?
A phone in bedroom (in vacation hotel) haven't any transportation option. But a cell phone have still the options to take a taxi or a transport. And if you click on the blue phone at the street you can walk elsewhere (idem if you click on the sim). Arf theoretically and if you haven't any incompatible hack or mod of course.
