Hey, well when i first got sims 2 base game and sims 2 nightlife it was fine but then I got Sims 2 Pets, and I installed it all fine and nothing went wrong but when I went onto my game and my lots, the walls of the houses were flashing red :S :Huh?: Has this ever happened to anyone else? If so how did you fix it? Is it just a bug in the game or is there a patch I need? I've recently installed Bon Voyage EP and that's fine and when it installed it had the seasons patch and a pets one but did nothing about my walls..By the way, I don't have University EP or Open for business EP if that makes a difference, lol! Smiley Thanks for reading, hope anyone can help! Smiley

You'll generally see two different colours of flashing things in your game. Blue flashing is usually a mesh issue, where red flashing is a graphic issue. First of all, what graphic card do you have? Make sure it's compatible with the latest ep you have installed (BV). If it is, try updating your graphics drivers. If that doesn't work, then it's possilble that you, unfortunately, need a new card.

Have you installed any lighting mods? My graphics card far exceeds the min requirements for TS2, but once after installing a lighting mod, I loaded up and my entire game flashed red - I guess it was incompatible with my EP. After restoring my original Lighting.txt file, all was fine.
