How can i get downloaded teenpregnancy clothing to show in my game?

I have inTeen and InSim , but i can't seem to discover how to get teens to wear pregnancy clothing to show up in the game :protest:

I have read that the wardrobe ajustor on InSim works. I have tried it , however it doesn't work with teens, only pregnant adult sims

I have looked for guid's on how to do this, and most are to complicated for me to understand lol.

Did you download the proper meshes?  

As long as you have inteen/proper meshes, like the ones on this site, all you have to do is go to the wardrobe adjuster and buy the clothes, make sure you go to the teen category, not the adult, that will come up, because the teen is actually marked as an adult for the three days they're pregnant. Buy the clothes as normal, and put 'em on your sim, and voila, babybump will show up!
