How to have twins & Quards

Does anyone know how your sims can have triplets or quards. I've seen it before, but I don't remember where.

Over at Inteen, Two Jeffs has a mod that you can use to get triplets and quads.
No links, no further information. Look it up and find it for yourself, because half of the threads here have said the same thing: this is not Inteen, and it doesn't have anything to do with Inteen.
Sorry to be so rude, but when you have to scroll past tons of threads dealing with the same subject not related to Insim, it gets a little tiring.
