Hi,
1st thank you in advance,
My system crashed awhile ago and I finally put all my games back in
 Sims 2 Hoilday edition,unv,nl,ofb,pets,seasons,bv,ff,glamour,celebration,teen.
I never had a problem before with downloading anything.
Now I can't get anything to download except Clean Pack installer
I have my download folder labeled as:  C:\Documents and Settings\vikk043\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads
and I still can't get anything to show up in my game.
I do have windowsXP and I did what was written by beosboxboy
I printed it out and read and reread it. Maybe I'm just not seeing it.
Any advice anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks again
Vicki

Did you enable custom content and restart the game?

You must enable the custom content in-game options... Smiley
