sims still in house

when I marry off a sim, why is it when I go back to their house they are still there I'm only playing with base game. took my ex's off.::-:smile:

I don't realy get it.
So the sim married someone and moved out but when you want to enter the house from the neighbourhood he's still in the picture?It doesn't matter,he's only in the picture.He left the house.
But if you enter the house and he is still there,go to his spouse house and make her/him phone the sim and invite him over.Then make the sim  propose he moves in,hopefully theyr LR are very high.
