It's really quite simple. Look under buy mode for a black box. (I can't remember off the top of my head which section of buy mode...miscellaneous, I think?). Place the box anywhere. Put your sim where you want him/her to pose. While the sim is selected, click on the box and select the pose you want. Voila. Sim is posing.

try reading the info where you got the download. if you download something that is explained to the details on another site, it usually don't help to ask on a completely other site. as for help on modthesims, you can leave a note for the creator under where you download it.
