This lot is residential lot
Size is 2x3
It cost approximately 105 000 §

2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Sauna, kitchen, dining room and living room
No hacks, no Sims, no custom content

Requires: OFB and BV expansion packs

This is a very delightful house. I like the shape and the bright blue color. I had never heard of Moomins so I looked at the Wiki article, and they are very cute.

This is actually gonna work so well for something I've been dying to do with my sims. I'm busy creating the discworld and it's characters by Terry Pratchett and this house will work perfectly for the Unseen University. Thanks so much.
