Game crash after toddler grows into child?

The game has been working fine on my PC since 2nd installation. [due to CC not working in BV when I purchased it]
I'm using the "small mansion" lot for the new family I created, [only 3 adults in the house] but every time the toddler grows into a child the game crashes. Does anyone know any fixes or maybe had the same problem and found a solution?

maybe it's some child CC that is causing crashes? hair/clothes? or a hack? try playing on a clean lot without any CC in your game, and see if the troubles continues.
