Hello and welcome to skizicks reality here is phase three in the Americana series. This little house is all on one level. Looks can be deceiving it’s very spacious inside. The house has one car garage, dining room, kitchen with a nook, living room, master bed room with bath, 2 bed rooms and 1½ baths. It’s never been lived in and is waiting for that special family. It’s priced around 38,450.
