One was a request I done a long time ago that I adapted, the other 2 are "new" (sort off).

No, they full outfits.

Most new meshes are full outfits, if you want to put diferent tops I am afraid you have to use bodyshop to create a new outfit (its not hard since the pants alpha and textures are separated from the body alpha and texture with only the shoes being on the body texture and alpha files).

Yes it is, that site code prevents me to directly link to the page without having to resort to some tricks that break the page frame.
