I have finally completed Sailor Chibi Moon, after many fatal errors and whatnot, so she's not perfect but this is the best I can do for now!
Everything included was made lovingly (and sometimes hatingly too) by me :9
You shouldn't need any expansion packs for this to work properly.  Hopefully.

- Sailor Chibi Moon Sim
- Her hair + mesh (female, toddler/child/teen/youngadult/adult/elder)
- Her fuku (sailor uniform) + mesh (female, child, all categories)
- The accessories + mesh (female, child, all categories)
- Animé skintone

Having problems installing?
A common problem is that when people try to install the Sims2Pack, it tells them they do not have the correct expansion pack.  Yet, I don't use expansion pack files as my bases.  To rectify this, I have been told that using the Sims2Pack Clean Installer can possibly install it without problems.  It can be found at: http://sims2pack.modthesims2.com/

Thank you for telling me!  Haha how stupid I had forgotten to upload the file properly >_< and now all my images are hosted externally so they should work.  Do tell me if they don't!

This is wonderful! She looks fantastic. I really, really love the fact that her hair gets longer as she gets older. Finally I can have a Wicked Lady who looks right!

Yep, her name's Rini in the American dub.  I stopped watching that though, because I didn't like the way they changed a lot of stuff to suit censorship.

She was my least favorite character on the show, but I'll have to download her anyway.

lol now you can take out your disliking-ness on Usa as much as you wish!  Ohh but don't kill her . . . poor thing!
