I have a problem. I have a beauty salon in my game but for some reason none of the customers wants to use the salon chair. They did before and there were several sims in line waiting for their turn but no more. I think this happened after Bon Voyage but I can't be sure, since I haven't played with the Salon for awhile now. Has this happened to anyone else?

first rule in playing sims: simmies are stupid. they are! really! some sims come into the shops I make, looks around and leaves again. why did they even show up?

second: check if you have conflicing hacks/non-updated hacks that conflict with BV.

plus - I've got the feeling that older games are "overruled" by the newer ones. the new things are much funnier for them to do than the old ones, so they tend to overlook older things (for some strange reason...)

I used to have the same problem. I also used to have a bunch of OFB hacks by squinge, including one that forced all make overs to turn out successful. I kinda suspect that hack went bad with newer EPs, so I removed it last night, but I haven't had a chance to re-load and see if my chairs are looking more attractive to customers. By any chance do you have that hack?
