I have done a search, but unless I'm putting in the wrong key words, I can't find anything. Ever since I have installed FT, everytime a sim enters a greenhouse (on any lot-not a specific one), the enviroment drops to minimum, there were no weedy plants or anything, or rubbish etc. Has anyone else had this issue that could perhaps shed some light on it?

Thanks

Hi, Foxybaby.

I'm going to move this thread to the General Help section, where the people who can help you with this question will be most likely to see it. What are your system specs? That could help us shed a light on answering your question. It could be as simple a solution as updating your drivers.

As it should be, without plants and lights, a greenhouse is an empty room. I put sprinklers in there too, it helps and once you get healthy or thriving plants, the enviroment is near perfect.

This has happened to me before, as well as several other people. Soon your sims will probably go from decreased to in the red soon as they enter it. If that happens you know you have the exact same problem, it's an invisible fire. I had one on three lots at once after a lightening storm. I think it's a glitch, but I got it with Season's. Then, I used Insim to extinguish all fires on the lot and destroyed/replaced all the trees/plants because calling the fire dept won't work. And you can't tell which plot it had it on. Insim isn't updated for Freetime though. That took care of it for me. After that I put a lighting rod on all my greenhouses and haven't had the problem since. For one I had to destroy the greenhouse and rebuild it, because they just kept going into the red when I'd enter it, even after I destroyed everything, and that took care of that problem.

The lightning rod is part of Seasons' new object sets.  It's under Decorations => Miscellaneous I believe... or was it Statues... or Misc. => Misc....

Heck, I can't remember off the top of my head, but it came with Seasons.

Thanks PegasusDiana-that actually sounds about right-as soon as someone enters the greenhouse its in the red as far as it can go and they just give up and walk out when I'm trying to get them to talk to the plants lol! Thinking about it-I do recall a few storms on the lots affected. i hadn't seen it previoulsy-prob coincidence that its after FT. I will destroy my greenhouse later!

Thanks!
