I didn't really furnish it with any shrubs or anything because I have so much custom content downloaded that it is really hard to find things that I am allowed to redistribute in a lot and I wanted it to be a fast download, so, you have to furnish it yourself.

I have all of the expansions, but I didn't use anything from any of them so it should work. For custom fences you have to have at least one ep.
