I love pine trees and the pine as material. The tunes of natural pine boards are amazing. New pine boards are almost shinning light but the color of antique pine walls is so deep and warm red brown. When they are used outside, like barn walls, pine boards go grey and they tolerate all kind of weather.
So I tried to make those wonderful pine boards for our sims. First I tried to make floors from photoes but all I get was more and more seams. That's why I painted the whole texture myself. It's far for perfect, but I still think they look quite nice and natural in game.

The first file contains the whole set. The other files have one wall and floor with same tone on them. Files are numbered after the positions of the walls and floors in the attached picture from left to right (pine1 is for the grey wall and floor, pine2 for the lightest ones etc.)
