graphics problem

My game started doing this after I installed seasons.  I have tried to reinstall it, but that didn't fix it. I have the latest drivers for my graphics card. The game looks fine when the camera moves, but does this when still.  I have always been able to run the sims 2 at the highest graphics, but I tried to lower them to see if it would help. It didn't. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance

I think it's screen resolution. it's occurring when press alt+tab and after return to game (in my game). Change the screen resolution.  (sorry my english not is good)
