Yes it supposedly does work on AL (the two older ones for Pre-AL stairs).  And she just added a new one for the Spiral Stairs here:

The mod from -this- thread works with the straight and modular stairs but not with the spiral stairs.

If you want the toddlers to use all three types of stairs for AL, you need to go pick up the new updates at her thread on MTS2. I don't know why this thread doesn't have the new mods for AL.
