This is for erinmblair, who loves beach houses.I think this house is just over 20 simoleons.
Ive a lovely French family living in  mine,so this house is fully play tested as always.
You need Numenors recolorable stairs from MTS2 for the stairs to show.Other than that, its a small beach lot(so you need BV) suitable for a small family(2 adults and 2 kids)
Here are some pics....

This is a really cute home, but for some reason, it's not placeable in my hood.  The windows flash blue also.

I have all EPs except Free Time and the only Stuff Pack I have is H&M Sad  I'd really love this home.  Just don't know why I can't place it in my hood.  Wonder if anyone else is having this problem.

I've got lots of room for beachlots in my shopping district.

I'm redownloading now, I love this little cottage. It's perfect for a story i'm working on. I'll let you know if anything works for me. I've patched my game so i'm sure i'll figure it out.

*Edit*

Still no luck, I even clean installed the lot only...
It's probably just a BV thing.  Don't worry, it's still a great lot.
Maybe someone else who had this problem will see this and help out on how to fix the issue.

Has anyone gotten this house to work?

I looove this house this is the almost exactly beach area I have been trying to build. Sadly I can't seem to place it.

This lot was fully tested before uploading.I downloaded on my daiughters pc and placed it just fine.as i said earlier.there are some issues with placing a bv lot once it has been removed,or so i understand!
I cant go in game or repackage as ive spilt coffee over my laptop and its busted!

Thank you for responding. Sorry about your laptop. I tried building my own beach house on a cliff. It isn't quite as nice as this one, but it should work.

Just done a bit of research for you....
Flashing blue will happen if you are missing an EP.It could also be due to an outdated version of CEP.You need to have CEP installed to see recolors.
The bv lot not placeable may be due to a different terrain than it was built on.beach lots dont flatten out like the others.
