Sims aspirations, memories, skills, and personalities disappeared.

When I went into my game today, my Sims didn't have an aspiration icon, memories, skills, or personalities. I tried deleting the neighborhood manager, the groups.cache, and the accessory.cache, but that didn't help.  I tried loading a Maxis made neighborhood and it was fine, but my custom neighborhoods were still borked.  I reloaded several times and even tried without the downloads in.  I've had this happen before, but I deleted something and it went  back to normal again.  Any ideas?



I thought maybe it would help explain what I was talking about if I added a picture.

do you have Free Time installed? and in that case, do you have insim installed too? it can cause troubles.

No, I have everything up to Unleashed,  I don't think Freetime is even available for Macs yet.  You're right I meant Pets!  Sorry, I guess it just helps show how distracted the problem has me!

Um, Unleashed? I thought that was for Sims 1.

^that's right. unless s/he really meant PETS. sims1 and 2 are not compatible with each other (you can have them on the same computer of course, but you can't use a sims1 EP for sims2)

You can try deleting your plist, which resets all game settings.  In Username/library/preferences
