Requires only the base game
Residential
3x2 Lot
Cost: 88,872 simoleons
Features: 2 beds, 2 baths, livingroom, kitchen w/ dining, basement
Driveway can be applied sideways, or move back the fence 2 tiles,
put in a straight drive.
Furnished and landscaped w/ some CC
Cleaned with the Clean-Installer
