the folowing must be included

age (e.g. Adult)
eye colour
hair colour
why you want to become a model
and two photos (1 headshot and 1 full length shot)

Ehrm, don't you think that for your own sake it would be wiser to post this somewhere else?
because not a lot of people actually come here, and it doesn't look like your request has any direct connections to BV.

But, good luck finding models! Of course you could always just download sims.
