I built this house just to try out some techniques I was reading tutorials on. It is an octagonal house, three levels, with a small bath house on an island surrounded by a pool with a bridge to cross over (or the sims can swim across). I had a family living in it and they outgrew it with the birth of their twins making 4 children in all. It is loaded with custom content from places I can't remember, including some spiral stairs and Marvines modular stairs.
also a lot of terrain paint and plants. I have pictures of the screens from the clean pack installer to list them all, Thanks to everyone who created these items. Hope you like it.
