I need to know how to move my sims from one hood to another.:-P

You can't, without really messing up your game. What you can do, though, is remove your sim (s) from the house they're in, and package them to file.
Of course this removes the sim from the immediate neighborhood.
The other option is to use Christianlov's newest version of the Sim cloner to make an exact copy of the sim, move that one out and package them to file for CAS.
You're going to lose the personality in doing either of these-and all the memories of any friends, etc-but if you want a clean game, this is the best and safest way to do it.
