PLEASE Help me on Downloads!

I got a brand new computer and new games for my sims game, I have to download my sims game again. How do you change the skins on all the sims to look real like the ones I see in youtube & the downloads I see here? Please help me.

This really should have been posted in the WCIF section, but...

The skintones used are the Bodybuilder skintones found on this site. They're here. A lot of people have done recolours and linked different skintones to this bodyshape (on this site an others), so you'll just have to look around for them.

Can you help me on how to download the mesh for my bodu bulder sims. I dont understand regarding the download and folder and u can only have one and to replace default. HELP!

They're not default replacements. They're just additional skins you can use. They made shower-proof versions that won't convert back to skinny maxis skins whenever they have a shower, but they're not default replacements. Just download and install as you would any custom content.
