Not completly satisfied but i am pretty bored with it right now :shh:
So dont expect a male version
Seen many request for modding the table and replacing the dummy with a sim but since the mesh itself has many many animation morphs we can not extract and edit it.....
So wat i did is adding and removing parts by adding smd files and blanking out the texture files.
I did manage to add the female sim with one animation morph(incision) and those work pretty nice as i attached the sim to the inside (stomach) of the dummy.
I extended the table, moved the jar/table and changed colors of the blood and organs.
Wasn't happy with how the dummy/sim moved so i also tried to give it diffrent bone assignements.
I also changed the recolor options, if you decide to make a recolor you will get the texture file for the simbody and can replace it with another skintone(needs some editing tho :study: )
I did include a jpg and the uvmap so you understand how the parts are mapped.

This is a higher polygon mesh!
You need OFB ep for this to work!
