Help! Problems with clothes racks.

Using nightlife I first tried Toms clothing tester and later went to a store and purchased clothes. Now I find 3 clothes racks in various places, one being in the street blocking the sims car from the driveway with a sim trapped inside. I don't know how to delete or move the racks. Help!

enter the community lot from neighbourhood view, and then delete the extra racks
if the problem continues, it's probably your hack causing it.
