As requested:
This mod makes all outgoing sims change to casual clothes before going out in public.
 This mod is compatible with FFS & GLS.
Only download one of files listed below:
outgoingdreescasualallothers.zip(TS2/Holiday, EP1 only)
OutgoingSimsDreesCasual.zip(EP2, EP3, EP4, FFS, GLS)
 
* OutgoingSimsDreesCasual.zip (0.49 KB - downloaded 2069 times.)

I didn't get a chance to try it on a college lot but it should work let me know after you try it & if it doesn't I will try something different for college lots.

This hack just overrides the setting where outgoing sims wouldn't change to casual before going outside if they were wearing underwear or pj's, it won't affect dressing for weddings or anything like that.

I'm living the exact opposite, but in real life! (of course not in night gown but in underwear, geee) :pale:
