Vartijamajakka is residential lot for one or two Sims; house is old lighthouse, so this would be perfect house for those Sims who love ocean and beach.
1 kitchen/dining room/living room, 1 ½ bathrooms, 1 hobby room and spacious private beach
Requires all expansion packs (UNI, NL, OFB, PE, SNS, BV and FT)
Does not require any stuff packs
No Custom Content
No Hacks
No Sims
