Eyeshadow: Peggy (came with the April Lavigne sim)

Other: Layerable teeth by Alkaloid @ MTS2 & Eyebags by Mermaid Cove

She comes packaged with Maxis hair and Pupke's Dollhouse outfit, looking like this:


Although she was a Rio for the contest, the skin she's packaged with is the original on a Maxis shape.

EDIT: I've been asked a lot about hairstyles and clothing, so I've added the creators of the hairstyles I used... The clothing is from all over the web, all of it was converted to Rio by me. But if you are looking for some nice stuff for your Rio girls, try Frannysims or look around Insimenator. There's tons of stuff to find here! [/FONT]
