As requested:
This mod prevents all sims from autonomously reading books it also prevents kids from autonomously asking to be read to & autonomous writing in diaries.
 
**nobabyharassment conflicts with this mod, you may be able to resolve the problem by renaming my mod so the first letter is a "z"**
 
4/17/06 noautonomousreadingDiary&ReadtoOnly.zip(No autonomous diary & readto only)
4/28/06 Version 1.0a fixed a bug reported by jphill11
no EP is required to use this mod.
This mod is compatible with all EP's.

From the bottom of my heart thank you so much for this. Kids were driving me crazy with that asking to be read to stuff. Thank you so much! Your mods have saved many a sim in my game. Thank you! :B

Thank you so much!!! After all of your other mods, reading was the next thing they did at every free moment...and left books all around the house!

Since I have Igne's Auto Learn skill when reading, could you make a version that stop others in this hack but not auto reading?

What I mean is keeping the auto reading, but disables the write diary options, and the auto read to kids.

It seems to be moving better now, I saw a cable truck down the street so they must have been fixing a problem with the cable internet.
