Freetime error please help!!!

I have installed freetime and was making my fitness enthusiast sim achieve a high rating on their interest.
I should be able to click on my sim and get them to go jogging.
The thing is, the 'go jogging' option doesn't show up.
Does anybody kow if this is due to a conflict with CC or the game itself?

is your sim a high enough level to go jogging

they have to reach a certain level in fitness enthusiasm to do it

think its something like level 3  fitness enthusiasm before they can go jogging

once they reach that you should be able to click on them and select go jogging and a box comes up letting you have other sims go with them if you want them to

Yes I have done all of this.  The icon came up in the corner saying that I can now make my sims go jogging.
I even got them to have their enthusiasm on the maximum but it still doesn't work.
