Here is my final version of that house, I made it some time ago but I wanted to share it here so you could scare your sims a bit
Finally! Here it is, the final version of Amityville from me. I have been waiting for permission from the creators of the custom content forever but since some of them have not replied I decided to upload the lot anyway after removing the stuff and I will give you the links so you can get the content yourself
Bare in mind that the stuff from creators at TSR is mostly from their featured artists so you need to be a subscribing member to get it, sorry
The model for the house is the estate used in the first three movies about Amityville (The Amityville Horror, Amityville II - The possession and Amityville 3)
This means it is NOT the house from the new Amityville movie. I don't like that house
It comes fully equipped with spiders, cobwebs, blood on the walls and looks like it has been empty for years. But remember that evil lives there so look out if you decide to move any sims in there
IMPORTANTI have pets installed and used the individual roof cheat to make the angeled roofs so you need to do the following:
Open up the cheat window and type: IndividualRoofSlopeAngle 20
After that go to the roof tool, press ctrl+alt and hold them in while clicking on the roof over the front door, the garage and the top layer of the roof of the house to get the correct angle on the roofs.
