Will My Game Implode If...

I have a way too much custom content, and want to cut back....If I delete objects and clothing ingame that another sim owns or is wearing, what will happen to those sims? Will the deleted object/piece of clothing revert to Maxis or will my game have a spaz attack?

If you take out Custom Content that a Sim wears or has in the house, it'll revert back to Maxis.
