 This is a place for your sims to come drink lots of coffee get real hyper and chatter for hours with other hyper sims, For the anti social sims their are tv's, video games, and books that they can read. The court yard I desighned myself There is enough room to exspand your buisness outside by adding more tables and another coffee bar. This house was uploaded with all the ep's and sp's here is a list of what this lot contains:

1 his only bathroom
1 her only bathroom
4 video game machines
2 coffee bars
2 book cases
2 couches
2 fireplaces
4 table each with 4 chairs
4 tv's

I hope you like this small coffee house enjoy. Ialmost forgot this lot is totally cc free just how I like them.

Thanks caffinated joy for reminding me that to put that it is cc free I fixed that I made the floor pattern with the fence tools then added the colors and then deleted the fence. I would like to learn how to create a floor tile with this pattern I guess i have more tutorials to reserch. thanks J00wish for your comments they are much appriciated.
