This is a home I created for a single sim who wants to avoid any worries in his/her life, but to relax and be lazy at the beach. The house is open, there are no doors leading into the main floor rooms. On the second floor is the bedroom and balcony. The home is extremely cheap with only the essentials, so plenty of money left over to add.
