ok so my body shop wont OPEN anymore. it loads to a point and then stops and says it has crashed and will terminate. is there anyway to reinstall the body shop, without having to uninstall my games?
and if i do uninstall my games, my downloads will still be there correct?

Go into My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2 and delete your groups.cache, accessories.cache and cigen.package files. Sometimes they get corrupted and prevent Body Shop from running properly. They're safe to delete, and will be remade when you boot Body Shop or the game again.
