It just means you have an accessory that's not compatible with your expansions. You may want to sort through your Downloads folder and test out any Bodyshop content in your game by gradually adding back into your Downloads folder groups of files and checking in that particular section (Glassess/Accessories) each time you do that and start the game up. Keep at it until it starts doing it again, then split the "crashing" file group into smaller ones, until you find the file(s) that cause the crash. Tedious, but it's the sure way to get rid of the problem.
