you make sence don't worry

--Export your corsage out of wings 3d and save it as a obj file.
--Open your mesh file(prolly a glasses file?) that your using for the accessoire in Milkshape.
--Import the corsage obj file in Milkshape with the Wavefront obj importer.
--Rename the corsage as one of the glasses meshgroups(rims/frame or lens) and also fix the comments in the comment box.
--delete the other meshgroups you do not need.
--Import a maxis body and position the corsage on the spot you want it
--Hide the corsage and look wat the boneassignements are on the body on that particular spot(write them down)
--delete the body and give your corsage the same bonesettings as the body.(the ones you wrote down)
--Export your corsage.
Note,
The reason that it floats is prolly because you didn't assigne bones to it, you need to do that in milkshape with unimesh bonetool.
if you are making corsages for all genders and ages then make sure you use the correct glasses file to start with because children/teens and adults use diffrent skeletons.
