You will need the ju-beos_pant_sleeves040805 mesh from here for this outfit to show up in your game.

I was chatting with some very dear friends on MSN when some of the joked about an outfit with a purple/green top and orange jeans. Well me being the crazy person I am, decided to make a sim version of it and the result is below.
