   I built this exspensive 4 unit condo to acomodaterich sim families who just want to have fun and live around other rich sims as only the rich can afford to live here. This four unit condo is very spaceous and each unit has three levels. Their is also a recreation area in the back of the lot for your sims enjoyment. This building has no cc. You need all the ep's and sp's up to apartment life, and ikea to down load this lot in your game. Building specs are:

lawn chairs
4 hot tubs
basket ball court
soccernet
playground

Units 1 threw 3 each has:

4 bedrooms
3 bathrooms
3 studies
driveway and garage
living room
kitchen & dinning area
familyroom game area


Unit four has all of the above plus an another bathroom for a total of four bathrooms.

Numenor hasn't updated his anygamestarter yet I check his thread every day on mod the sims 2. Now I have been unistalling my stuff packs to do requests its a pain in the ***, But it takes time to test the updates before putting it on the mod the sims website I guess. If you have a certain combonation of ep's and stuff packs I have a request thread in the lots and housing section I have never turned down a request. CLC has one there too and does good work and dosn't turn down any requests either hope this helps. Sorry

I just got al for me it was an exspirement bulldozed it five time I originally wanted it to be a split level I will figure that out later. anyway thanks a lot.
