Will it work?

I have all of the Sims 2 collection except for 4 stuff packs. What I want to know is, will the custom content work if you don't have it or is important that you need to have?

That's a tough one. If the creator of the CC used it to make their mod, the mesh might be missing from the CC. Only way to know for sure is to contact the creator of the CC and ask if the SPs are necessary. Well, I guess you could download it and try, if the mesh is missing, it probably won't show up, or will be flashing blue.
