hi, how do you download sims2 mods i have sims2pack installer and winrar but i can seem to install them thanks for reading downloadaa

Sims2pack and winrar are only designed to run .rar files. If your downloads are .zip files you need to unzip them to your downloads folder. open them with winzip and extract the package files inside to My Documents/EA/SIMS2/DOWNLOADS, these folders should already exist for you. the Sims2pack installer knows where to put the .rar files based on the contents. The .rar files should automatically open with Sims2pack installer when you double-click them. If they are inside a .zip file, process them with a double-click separately from any package files, extract the package files.
