Okay, this mod keeps the tenants from going into their apartments autonomously at 10 PM every night and do not come out until morning or so.

This mod tells these tenants to come out later and hang around for a bit.

I knew you would do this one as you seem to know what people want.  Very annoyng when they go indoors so early.
