This mod allows witches to buy from the NPC witch even if they aren't friends.

Okay, I admit to using the InSim to be best buddies with the witches so my sims could purchase from them, but it does mean now they want to come over and hang out all the time! Blech. Your way is just so much more elegant. Thanks!

My Sim became friends with a witch and yet the "teach me the ways.." option was nowhere to be found.  I installed this thinking perhaps it would force the option to be there.  Nope, it's still not there.  What am I missing?
