I do not normally post furnished and decorated houses, but here this one is. It was of course requested in this thread

This is sooo nice!  Thanks!  It looks spacious too I hate gorgeous houses that are unplayable with your sim bumping into imaginary walls every minute this looks clean enough where you can actually play it.

Thanks a lot! That totally drives me nuts too. That's why my houses are always a little bigger, but very real and playable.  Thanks again.
