Ok, here come's another flat from me!
I made this one awhile ago and it's designed for single's, couple's and vampires!
There are 4 flats underground for sims with very sensitive skin and eyes can live in Smiley

Montly Fee: 464§ - 614§
24 flats
2 Rooms: Mainroom with great view and bathroom.

Custom content included: See picture

Expacks needed: NL, SS, OFB, FT and AL
(Maybe Pets and University)

Do NOT upload on any paysite, this building is for private use only!
